TAKAHASHI Serie Microstar WT 50

The TAKAHASHI MICROSTAR WT 50 high precision lathe has been designed for the production of high precision components in the automotive sector, valves, injectors and other high precision components.

The machine, a frontal twin-spindle, is equipped with two 8-position turrets where it is possible to mount single or double live tools, the maximum number of revolutions of the tools is 10000 rpm, it is also equipped with a Y-axis with a total stroke of 50mm. It is equipped with 2 electro-spindles with a liquid cooling system to avoid errors due to thermal expansion.

To ensure high productivity it is available with a single or double loader, piece tilting station and feeding systems for automated lines.
